The Inspiration was the ROTARY Four-Way Test, especially the last one which says "Is it FAIR to all concerned".
Led by this “Value” we had been bridging the GAP between EMPLOYERS & EMPLOYEES, thus Bringing People Together with a HUMAN TOUCH
Started by a Father (Dr. O.P.Pahuja) and Daughter (Nisha Kapoor) duo, in 1986, Recruitment was a Profession, which turned into a Passion for both. On his return from Nigeria after a five-year stint as a General Manager for a couple of Textile Units, Dr. Pahuja was supposed to give his replacement to his Employer. Since Ahmedabad was a Textile town and he was in Ahmedabad, who else could have been a better person to search for his own replacement.
The SEARCH yielded Five candidates who were interviewed and the Employer was confused about whom to reject and on what grounds. He liked ALL FIVE. The final decision of selection was also given to Dr. Pahuja, and the MOST Mr. RIGHT joined. However, this was just a helping act (Honorary service)
From this episode emerged the idea of making this service a Profession and the rest is History ...... From Textiles, it went on to other Industries, and from Nigeria to other countries. Daughter, Nisha joined hands as a Fresh Post Graduate, and then there was no stopping. The most motivating factor was helping two sets of people, and also making fair money out of the process.
