Dr. O.P. Pahuja is a textile technologist who graduated from Delhi University in 1959. He also holds a Ph.D. in Applied Sciences from Belgium, which he earned in 1965. With almost four decades of professional experience, he has achieved leadership in the fields of industry, management, and consulting. He has travelled to over 70 countries in Asia, North & South America, Europe, Africa, and Australia during his career, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience.
United HR, has been his Second Innings, where his exposure to various industries, along with his last stint in Africa, has given the direction and Vision to the Company.

Nisha, a Commerce and Law graduate with post-graduation in Marketing and HR Management, has been instrumental in pioneering the business of United since the inception in 1987 along with Chairman Dr.O.P.Pahuja. Nisha is a counsellor at heart and has specialized in counselling. Her valuable insights on career and recruitment are highly sought after, reflecting her deep understanding of the industry.
